Our family business was established in 2006 near Llantrisant, just outside Cardiff on the M4 corridor. With a background in Quality Assurance and Customer Care we wanted to provide a service to our customers that allow you to purchase Quality Products with confidence at Competitive Prices and with a Fast Delivery, something we rarely experienced with an online store at that time.
With an interest in geology, rocks and minerals we decided to set up Qualityshop_wales, a specialist shop for Crystals and Gemstones in eBay shops. This was to become the successful corner stone on which our business has grown.
Building on our success in eBay shops and with help from the local authority we decided to develop an online eCommerce store to help grow our passion for High Quality Minerals, Gemstones and Jewellery as well as expand our understanding of Chakra, Pagan and Wicca methodology. In 2008 we teamed up with Amazon, one of the UK's biggest online retailers to promote all our product range and enhance our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.
While maintaining a presence in the UK we relocated to Toulouse, France in July of 2009 giving us the opportunity to source new products for you and new contacts for us, in a country that holds arguably the second biggest gemstone show after Tucson, USA.
We have continued to grow successfully year on year and now in 2010 as we have expand our jewellery selection and team up with the Shoppingbank.com and their partners at GMTV and The Independent Newspaper, we continue to assure you of the quality in our products that have been hand selected by us, and the service we provide for you...Our Customer.
